- The card is for use by the holder and the persons authorized by them to access benefits.
- Validity: The holder may use their membership for one (1) year.
- Activation and recharge: The membership card activation is done once the payment is made. The holder can recharge their card by requesting it from the advisor and/or through authorized channels.
- Reservations and cancellations: The holder must reserve and/or cancel the trip at least 24 hours in advance.
- Waiting time: A wait without surcharge will be allowed for up to fifteen (15) minutes. After that time, the service will be canceled without a refund.
- Refunds: 'No-shows' will not be refunded, nor will cancellations made outside the established time frame.
- Additional charges: Surcharges will apply in case of defects, damages, and/or harm caused to the interior by actions attributable to the holder.
- Confidentiality, Reservation, and Personal Data Protection: Elite Drive guarantees that all personal and non-personal information of the holder and companions, including but not limited to personal data, routes, stops, locations, and/or addresses, as well as the tracking and monitoring of the vehicle in which they are transported, is reserved and confidential.
- Restricted Items and Prohibited Objects: The consumption of food and beverages is not allowed inside the vehicle, except if provided by ELITE DRIVE and/or its commercial partners. Pets are not allowed inside the vehicles. Smoking inside the vehicle during the journey is prohibited. This includes electronic cigarettes or 'vapes'. The following objects are prohibited inside the vehicle: Firearms and/or devices that discharge projectiles, blunt objects that may be especially dangerous to physical integrity; sharp objects, explosive, flammable, chemical, or toxic substances.
- Acceptance: The holder may give acceptance by any physical or electronic means and/or by making the payment.
